You can choose from some of the following great ideas that not only raise money, but have also been proven to build a great bond among participants too!
Charity Bartender Event
- Select someone for your cause to work as a charity bartender (no experience needed) for a few hours
- Select an event day and time
- Advertise to and invite your group (we can suggest copy, provide promo flyer and free sign up webpage, example )
- The group receives 75% of all tips and 10% of the sales from that event (the other 25% goes to the supporting bartenders that are actually working)
Cash Back and Discount Promo
- Select a time frame (typically 30 days, specific month)
- Your group is assigned a discount or freebie keyword (i.e. 10% off, free koozie or ?)
- Advertise to and invite your group (we can suggest copy and provide promo flyer and sign up webpage, example )
- Any people that visit and mention the discount keyword gets a discount or freebie
- Our Point of System Sale tracks your keyword
- At the end of the event time frame a report is generated and 10% of sales during your time frame are given back to your group
Special Charity Event
- Select an event type (wine tasting, martini tasting, beer tasting, etc.)
- Decide on ticket sales, price, admission to event, etc.
- Select the event date and time
- Advertise to and invite your group (we can suggest copy and provide promo flyer and sign up webpage, example )
- Your group keeps net proceeds (less costs of the event, bands, giveaways, etc.)
